Terminal on a breathing machine and homebound. .. Pastor Daniels’s disabilities amplified times 10…
Pastor Marcy Rios-Baker was in her Lynn Office working hard with the development team and her obligation to our disabled child and maintaining her health as a double amputee. Later, Marcy was hospitalized for a disease related to her chronic conditions, which is also terminal… Marcy’s disabilities are amplified by 100.
Today, Marcy walks on two bionic legs, and she is terminal. Pastor Danny is also terminal. As you know, we are committed to transparency. Marcy had an infection that almost cost her life in the hospital…
Marcy Rios-Baker is not only an Outreach Pastor but also the wife of Pastor Daniel Baker and the owner of this Organization.
Marcy and Danny have not been available for long conversations since 2018-2025. So you can’t get ahold of us? Yes, you can. If you’re on the list, you’re getting dealt with legally. We are aggressively pursuing legal action in both Federal and State Courts to address the injustices we have faced. The Bible says, ‘Attack a Ministry or Church, God will deal with you.’ In this case, the Law will deal with you. Massachusetts does not play.

Immigrants and Ignorants praying or working on the good name of our Partners and Affiliated within our Partners and Affiliated Partners decided to destroy The Organization of Bakers Concepts and Affiliated Companies LLC., DBA., BC&ACI the 30 years that we had been in Business as a Ministry, Business, and helping the communities all over Massachusetts and in co-op around the world…
Coming back home, which is also our family-owned Ministry, Business, and personal home, and politely working with the Government to declare a “State of Emergency” in the Ministry, Business, and Personal life… “See our Secretary of State Filing Massachusetts Public Record.”
We found 404 and 505, and everyone said the Ministry Company does not exist… The home Ministry and Business were ransacked and broken into. Utilities are cut off even though they are supposed to be protected under the ‘Do not shut off ‘ Mass Law. The discovery of 404 and 505 errors, which indicate that our Ministry Company was being erased from existence, was a devastating blow to our operations. Later, ACP and EEB broke every device in our Ministry, Business, and home… Who the hell drives at 10-20 miles an hr. unless posted… 1, 2, 3 g Phones and Bandwidth were reserved for Law Enforcement…

When I looked for the backups to the Ministry and Company, they were erased. Our Internet Service Provider (ISP) and everyone thought, “What the hell?” Our ISP, which was supposed to protect our data, was complicit in erasing our backups, causing significant damage to our operations.
Then, Pastor Danny and Pastor Marcy were brutally assaulted in Ministry, Corporate, and Personal Settings. Don’t believe us? Just watch the movie and listen to the recordings in court. ”
I was shocked when the most valuable Ministries and Nonprofits foundations, including those that initially helped, found, created, and gave to BC&ACI and loved BC&ACI because: “We don’t just take from you, we give back.” Try 10 Fold... and Businesses that have been partners of BC&ACI for many, many years. Affiliate Marketing, Direct Sales, Network Marketing Companies, and Wholesale to Retail E-commerce Companies burned Pastor Danny and Pastor Marcy to the ground because they were growing, and they could not accept that we might be “One of the Largest Christian Affiliate Marketing, Direct Sales and E-Commerce Companies in the world.” Some companies thought we were a scam. “Nope,”… Your “ISP “Lied to you.” Just ask Norton(R), Macafee(R), BBB(R), DUNS(R), or the DSA(R). If you are not satisfied, go to the federal or State Government.
BC&ACI records all calls and transactions and has cameras that take pictures as fast as a traffic cam. These cameras are not connected to traditional S3 or Google buckets, which can never be destroyed. Federal and State senators will all turn it into the courts.
Our Founders, Pastor Daniel Baker and Pastor Marcy Rios Baker, publicly stated, “We will never let anyone take down our Ministry or Business or destroy our Character or Reputation. ” We will never let large, Medium, and Small Ministries and Businesses or nonprofits suffer because of Corporate Corruption.” We will fight for you till the end.
BC&ACI is not just a for-profit Company; it’s a Ministry that defies labeling, stigma, and injustice. So we will not stand for it, online or offline. It’s based on the stories of its Founders and those who built the Organization, including its clients, customers, advisors, and people we shepherd. Don’t be fooled. We have helped many in authority, CEOs, and public and private people. Guess what’s protected under federal Law? This whole Organization is.
Better yet, we can substantiate, corroborate, and validate our circumstances, and our medical providers can, so can’t the Federal and State governments. Our accounting is Perfect.
So, if you’re on the list, you forgot that violating the ADA is a federal crime, and you went back to 1996. Violations of the ADA, Civil Rights, Federal Rights, and Disability Rights will be in the Boston Federal Court. Consider this a Public Notice; if it’s state-related, you will visit our Snowing city pleasantly. If you are international and you think, “Haha!” You are foolish. We have already gone to the Consulate Office and let them know!
Another thing you should know is that Pastor Danny and Pastor Marcy communicate everything in writing due to disability, so apps, you screwed up when you did not read that official notice…
If your Company thinks it can use Covergis and/or an affiliated call center but is not bound by US Federal Law, you are wrong, and we will hold you accountable.
You also forgot that we have had companies track us over the years. As an Organization, they are as good as the Mormon Church Library, which never deletes anything or any church record.
The federal and State governments strictly monitor us, and we are federally and state-protected because of the type of entity and the people who run it.
Why are you in deep with the sharks?
When we asked for help, you told us, “No.”
Marcy and Danny know most of your founders and co-founders of the companies you represent professionally or personally. The bottom line is that your career is about to end. We were investors in the companies we are partnered with, and we don’t play. We also have a vote for your Company…
When we told you what happened, you said, “We don’t care.”
You forgot we meant Business when you signed up for your Partnership or Affiliate Partnership. We expect you to honor it.
You also forgot it was entered into evidence in Federal and State Entities. Yes, some contracts go back to fax machines… But we have them.
You forget you paid for something, and you expect it to work.
You forgot that Pastor Danny and Pastor Marcy are sworn to protect the industries we serve and are mandated reporters by Law.
You forgot that pastor Danny and pastor Marcy are Journalists
You don’t care and think you are so big and demanding that you take us with a grain of salt, and we pay you for your services or product. You committed a federal or State felony and think you’re getting away with it, or you think you are a fraudster and will win. NOPE!!
You laughed at our story and said, “Yeah, right.”
So we’re used to, you know, and you thought you got away with sabotaging our Ministry and Company and profiting from our 30 years of work.
Years ago, Pastor Danny and Pastor Marcy swore in Federal Court to uphold the integrity of Affiliate Marketing, Direct Sales, E-commerce, wholesale to retail e-commerce, hospitality, and telecom. We’re not just your average people, period. Well, let you think about that one.

Next time, you will think twice. Our terms and conditions for each Company are set to either pay up and donate or risk a Federal Court. Public and Private humiliation… God’s word says, “Sin privately, confess privately, sin publicly, and you will confess publicly.”
BC&ACI has partners in the Holy Evangelical Churches, Mormon, both Public (Business) and Private, Non-Demoniational all over the world, Holy Catholic, and also its ordained Churches and Ministries and those Pastors, Evangelists, and CEOs know me and Marcy and have known me for years and years. They can’t forget me because I am not just a Pastor but a CEO… Marcy is the same…
Shocked!! 2018-2024 Folish Companies, because one thing Marcy and I take pride in is that we both have family in Government and know Federal and State Law. If you are a Partner, Affiliated Partner, minister, CEO, or Chairman/Woman who knows us, then you know our story is true. We agree with you that “The Truth always sets you free.”
So you know who you are, and we have never forgotten that you did us wrong. When we are done dealing with you in Federal and State Court, then our Christian lawyers will crush you in civil suits, State and federal court… Did you know we have authority figures, Senators, State, Federal, Cyber Crime, Corporate, Criminal, Civil Rights, and Personal Attorneys on speed dial… We do… That is just 100%. As one Senator told us, “It’s not your fault you’re a highly reputable Organization with a big impact on your Community.” For techies, that means a well-known Organization…
Also, beware: BC&ACI invests in their partners and affiliated partners, which means that we are shareholders, and that means we vote… Let’s see how you deal with “Picking on Small Ministry and Business” in America… oops. You will also be surprised to know how many ministries and companies we deal with, how many C-Level executives and board members we know, and the impact it will have on you when our current president and a very good friend are all in authority.
Ok, let’s end it.
So if you got a letter and said, “Oh Crap,” well, you better sit on the pot for a long time because you messed with the wrong Ministry, Company, and or personal life of two people, both disabled and a Ministry that makes a significant impact in the Community… If you want to know… Message our Legal and Compliance teams, and you will realize the State of Massachusetts does not play. The Federal Government does not play with “Minority, Disabled Owned Organizations, Faith-Based.” Try it with the 48 Presidents of the US…

Sometimes, “Being a Christian Ministry and Company” and doing what is right and not looking to get the public’s attention but just making that slight difference in the lives of others has its drawbacks. The question is, what will you do to make it right? Or we will crucify you privately and publicly.
BC&ACI has not made this list public; instead, we have invited you to Massachusetts Federal and State Court to meet our excellent Judges and Senators and those who helped build this Organization so you can explain why. Stay tuned.
Trust us, when the ball drops, we don’t care how many PR Lawyers you have or how big or small you are; you might as well say guilty and pay up. Messing with a Church, Ministry, or Corporation is well, as one partner said, “Just doing the good work most people don’t have time for.” Our great Federal and State officials will have a field day with you…

Respectfully understand that this Organization is a Grant, Foundation, and federally funded. If you don’t understand that and what you’re up against, you’ll find out very quickly.

This Organization does not operate independently, nor does it believe in secular principles; It believes in God and God’s word, which clearly says, “God does not make stupid. Yes, we are to forgive 70*70. We expect our Partners and Affiliated Partners to adhere to the SOA and ADA SOA contracts and live up to their word. You don’t, and we will go after you. You ask why? We have ministries and businesses, and our character and reputation are on the line. Don’t, and every Christian Organization will know what you are up to. Believe me, they will stand with us.
Like hell, are we closing our Church, Ministry, or Business doors? Like hell, you are going to regulate our services and internet speed or disrupt our Church, Ministry, or Business life. Like hell, will you stop us from our dream or our impact on our Community and who we serve? Like hell, are you going to make our lives miserable? The Joker had a great quote in Batman: “Don’t dance with the devil in the pale moonlight.”
We will use your network and your services and pay you, but like hell are we going to accept crap service? Many of you we have been with since we were a very young Organization, and you do us dirty in our greatest struggle…
Legal Transparency Notice:
Right now, every Democratic and Republican Senator in our State, the Secretary of State, and our Massive Law firms publicly listed know what the hell is going on. The Ministry and Churches list gets smaller, but the Corporation list gets bigger. Good luck. So, if you’re chasing us down for a bill owed, you’re getting sued. Or you just haven’t caught up with your records or checked your mail. If you think you know us and who we are connected to, don’t.
