Because of the complexity of this Organization and “Because We Care,” we have listed the wholly-owned subsidiaries of BC&ACI and their functions so you may understand this legally binding Policy.

BC&ACI Returns Policy

Our Policy, designed with your satisfaction in mind, lasts 30 days. We understand that circumstances may vary, and unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This applies to all products sold by BC&ACI. We appreciate your understanding and value your relationship with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This helps us ensure the quality of our products for all our customers. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Special Circumstance Returns

We do not directly accept returns on any BC&ACI Powersports products. This includes mopeds, scooters, electric mopeds, scooters or motorcycles. Contact BC&ACI Customer Service at +17742555303 immediately if there is an issue with your power sport. Returns of BC&ACI Powersports must go back to the manufacturer. All costs to return or exchange the product are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed. BC&ACI Powersports customers must not have used the Powersports. Powersports filled with oil or gas are not returnable by federal Law. The powersport must be in its original packaging. You must contact BC&ACI Customer Service for instructions within 30 days, and proof of damages will be required to create return instructions. 

 

**The carrier will not accept undocumented packages without an approved RMA from BC&ACI Customer Service, and they will be returned to the sender. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. We believe in fair and transparent processes and strive to keep you informed every step of the way.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 90 Business days, including bank processing days. We understand the importance of your refund and assure you that we will handle it with the utmost care and efficiency. 

Refunds on returned items: 

**You should expect your refund within 90 Business Days of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund faster in many cases. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 Business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 Business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 Business days).

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card Company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at [email protected]. We will then send you an RMA number via email.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Delivery Time

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. BC&ACI and its subsidiaries can estimate delivery but make no claims to guarantee the delivery of packages once they have left our facilities. We rely solely on our partnerships with our carriers.  

Return Delivery Guarantee

If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery of Items

BC&ACI ships products worldwide, and we have affiliated factories and warehouses worldwide. However, in some cases, products can not be shipped to international destinations. 

Handling Time

BC&ACI has a strict 30-day maximum handling time for all products purchased through our Company and subsidiaries. Our products and services are in very high demand at all times, although in most cases, we can get them out to our customers with less than 7-14 Business days of handling time.

Shipping  

BC&ACI customers pay for shipping. Most of our products are shipped by weight, which is calculated at checkout. We allow our customers to choose which provider to deliver their products. BC&ACI reserves the right to ship your products as quickly as possible.  

Complete Authorized Return Instructions 

1. Pack all the returned items in a box, including a printout of your confirmation of purchase email and a note specifying your RMA number. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box.

4. You will receive an email when we receive your items and when the refund is approved.
